If you are a self-motivated, goal-driven Business Development professional with a talent of connecting businesses with the tools to meet their needs, you were made for HealthWorksAI. • Own lead generation for a list of targeted organizations and develop your own successful pipeline.
• Manage a team of 4-5 Business Development representatives and guide them toward success. This would be considered the basis on the relevant experience.

• Generate new sales opportunities via cold calling, direct emails, and social networking. · Identify the Decision makers (CMO, VP, Director, etc.) and nurture relationships.
• Match the customer to the right solution through needs analysis and help guide them through the sales process.
• Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations to effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our products.
• Manage prospective client database through a comprehensive CRM. Nurture deals through the pipeline to achieve a high closure rate.
• This position would be reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer and will either be a direct contributor or a leadership role, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Work timing would generally be as per East Coast time (6 pm-2 am) but flexible depending on daily activities, targeting, etc.

What You’ll Bring to The Table

Relevant US Healthcare Insurance market experience is required. This includes business development professionals with previous success selling analytics, products, or IT services into US Healthcare Insurers or similar. This position will also include significant cold-calling efforts. Only those with proven cold-calling experience should apply. Compensation and role designation will be commensurate with experience.

• Medicare Advantage market experience is strongly preferred
• Cold-calling experience in the North American market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish relationships and close sales
• Self-motivated with a good sense of time management
• Experience or comfort with a start-up culture where everyone plays a pivotal role
• Positive attitude and belief in new technologies & data science
