Sujitesh is a people and operations leader with over two decades of experience scaling technology organizations. His career includes senior HR leadership roles at Cognizant, Microland, and HCL Technologies, where he progressed from strategic HR to VP-level positions overseeing talent, culture, and organizational design. He holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. At HealthWorksAI, Sujitesh has served as COO and now advises on operational enablement, helping the company build the people infrastructure and work-from-anywhere culture that supports its growth across the US and India.
