Job description

Your role in our company will involve executing internal and external HR communication strategies to increase traffic to our career page and funnel new job applicants to the respective job opening pages. If you love spending time on social media then this job is perfect for you since you’ll get to spend plenty of time on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Quora.

In addition to social media outreach, you will also be expected to post job openings on multiple portals, qualify candidates, engage with potential hires, and get them to take a virtual interview or fill out the respective job application form. You may also be sending out cold email campaigns. If you have no prior experience, no problem, we can help train you! We’ll provide the technical know-how and walk you through the process step-by-step. All you need is to be comfortable with the messaging strategy and be able to contribute creative ideas to the table. Being camera shy won’t work for this role – you will be required to record your own videos to send to prospective candidates via personalized email or Linkedin Inmail.

• Internal & External communications via various channels
• Storytelling – engage and captivate a wide audience with your words
• Should be able to research target markets, candidates’ profiles, and hiring trends in the market
• Social media posts – monthly calendar conceptualization, scheduling, and execution
• Reaching out to prospective candidates
• Do job posts on job sites
• Generate monthly activity & analytics reports
• Other miscellaneous tasks

What You’ll Bring to The Table

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Organic Social and Page management
• An impressive portfolio of previously managed social media page(s)
• A problem-solving attitude (A self-starter)
• A bit of sales skills to build productive candidate relationships
