Job description

As a Senior Account Manager on our Client Success team, you’ll own a portfolio of 5–7 mid-market and enterprise health plan clients, driving adoption of our SaaS analytics platform, delivering measurable value, and expanding relationships over time. You’ll act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior payer leaders navigating Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace challenges.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own account management: Lead end-to-end management of high-growth payer accounts—from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Build strategic relationships: Develop trusted partnerships with senior leaders across Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace lines of business.
  • Deliver QBRs: Conduct high-quality Quarterly Business Reviews focused on value realization, platform adoption, and strategic planning.
  • Drive adoption: Lead client training and enablement sessions; use usage analytics (e.g., Amplitude) to identify adoption gaps and engagement opportunities.
  • Expand accounts: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities; manage pipeline and expansion targets in HubSpot.
  • Manage projects: Oversee complex client initiatives using tools like Asana or ClickUp, ensuring timely delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate internally: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into actionable roadmap input.

What We’re Looking For

Experience You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years managing payer or health system accounts in a Client Success, Account Manager, or Account Director role.
  • Deep Medicare expertise — including regulatory changes, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage operations, and market intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid and Marketplace plan priorities and performance levers.
  • Proven track record of driving SaaS adoption, renewals, and revenue growth across a complex account portfolio.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana) and CRM platforms (HubSpot).

  • Communication skills: Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills — comfortable in boardroom and high-stakes client meetings.
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable client recommendations.
  • Writing skills: Strong writing skills for client communications, QBRs, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bonus: Background in healthcare analytics, value-based care, risk adjustment, consulting, or health plan operations.
