Job description

We turn complex Medicare Advantage intelligence into clear, high-impact stories—fast. We’re hiring a Creative Designer (Brand, Web & Visuals) to own our brand system, lead website/LP design and refreshes, and ship beautiful, on-deadline work across LinkedIn, email, sales one-pagers, case studies, and executive decks. You’ll also drive new initiatives (microsites, interactive data-viz, motion snippets) and wear multiple hats brand, web/UI, data-viz, and presentation while keeping everything crisp, consistent, and on brand.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the brand system: Evolve guidelines (color, type, iconography), slide masters, chart styles; build a light component library so everything feels unmistakably HealthworksAI.
  • Create campaign visuals: Turn SAE/SAR, MarketIntel, ProductIntel, and NetworkIntel insights into scannable carousels, GIFs, and email visuals that lift engagement (think +10–15% over time).
  • Design website & LPs: Wireframe → visual design → dev/CMS handoff; refresh case-study pages and ship new landing pages that nudge conversion up.
  • Polish executive materials: Produce crisp one-pagers and pursuit decks (short “exec” + deeper “appendix” versions) that move conversations forward.
  • Data → story: Simplify analyst charts/tables into purposeful data-viz with headlines that say the point and a clear “so what.”
  • Run simple design ops: Use templates, tidy file structures, and versioning to speed cycles and keep quality high.

 

Experience You’ll Need

  • 4–7 years in brand/marketing design (B2B/SaaS/healthcare a plus) with a portfolio covering brand systems, data-viz, web/UI, and presentations.
  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); strong PowerPoint (masters, animations, charting).
  • Experience designing landing pages/website sections and collaborating on CMS handoff (WordPress/Webflow a plus).
  • Comfort working to clear SLAs and switching contexts—carousel in the AM, LP at lunch, exec deck by EOD.
  • Bonus: light motion (AE/Lottie), accessibility-aware design, LinkedIn ad specs.
