Job description

As the Lead Software Development Engineer, you’ll be the go-to person for all things code! You will guide the team through the maze of software development, ensuring we are building stellar products that our customers love. You look forward to rolling up your sleeves, get your hands dirty and lead by example.

 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Technical Leadership: Lead software development initiatives, ensuring alignment with product vision and scalability.
  • Architectural Expertise: Design and implement scalable architectures, particularly in micro-services environments.
  • API Development: Spearhead API creation with a focus on security and scalability.
  • Azure Mastery: Leverage Azure expertise to optimize storage, functions, and app services.
  • CI/CD Implementation: Drive continuous integration and deployment practices, leveraging tools like GIT and Docker.
  • Project & Team Management: Effective project and team management to orchestrate resources, tasks, and timelines with precision, ensuring cohesive teamwork, timely delivery, and successful project outcomes.

 

Experience You’ll Need:  

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success as a Lead Software Development Engineer or in a similar leadership role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Full Stack development with technologies like JavaScript, NodeJS (ReactJS preferred), and Azure.
  • Database and SQL – Advanced level proficiency in DB, preferably SQL server.
  • Architecture and Scalability: Proficiency in micro-services architecture, scalable system design, and API development. Experience creating HLD & LLD for backend applications.
  • CI/CD Implementation: Minimum of 2 years’ experience with GIT, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
  • Cloud Mastery: Expertise in Azure cloud services, including storage, functions, and app services.
  • Agile Methodology: Should have worked with Agile concepts such as Sprint, Scrum.
